Families left without light BUT not the Statue of Liberty

Its amazing how new yorkers don't have light but yet the statue of liberty does. I just wonder why its so important that the statue of liberty has lights? Well I came to my own theory. Which is that leaders of New York is just money hungry.This is because they dont care about the people who pay taxes but to those who come to New york to see lady liberty. I just feel that the leaders of New York just need to get a move on it and help New york because its our tax money who keep lady liberty clean and in shape.

consumer without a pathmark

Shoppers left empty

As I stated before I work at pathmark and due to pathmark budget cut my store is closing. AS a worker I am not upset because I have two options. One I can be transfer to another pathmark, or two I can collect unemployment. I feel bad because I work in a neighborhood where the consumers don't have any other supermarkets, and the other supermarkets are not close by. They have mini markets such as key food or fine fare who don't not have or carry the same items. The are also more expensive then patmark. So as a customer Rep I have to inform the costomers where the next pathmark are located. The first one is on 148 st in Harlem, and the second one is in Brooklyn. When I tell that to the customer they look at me as if they want to cry because the pathmark where they shop is located in the lower east side and I am tell them to go uptown or to Brooklyn for their groceries. Some customers tell me stories about when the store first open, and all I can say is sorry that decision is out of my control.

Election time is coming up. Many people ask me who I am voting for and my answer is barack obama. The reason why is because I am a college student who cant pay for college on my own. With Obama help he is allowing more student to go to college for free or pay Little out of pocket. I am also voting for him because i want to see what he is going to do with the next four years in power. Obama said he was going to bring the soldiers home and he did so. I am voting for him to see what else he is capable of doing. I am also voting for obama because of his wife and how she is contibuting to help us with fight agaist obese kids.

superstition

Today in my Psychology of Advertising and Marketing Communications-“Consumer Behavior” We were discussing superstition.
So superstition that my family have are If you open an umbrella you will have bad luck.
Another one is that if right hand itch you are going to receive money soon
Another one is that if a mirror drop in break you are going to have bad luck for seven years.
Another one is that if a bird shit on you and you don't get mad you will have good luck.
Another one is that if a black cat cross you will have bad luck.
Another one is if you come in the new year without money you will be broke for the next year.
Superstition is all on what you believe in or what your family brought you up on because all though my family have all these superstition plus more I person don't believe them I believe you are your own path and what ever you believe in is what going to happen.

bad mood employee vs bad mood consumer

Bad Mood Vs. Bad Consumers

I work at pathmark as a customer Service Rep. So in my store when we do not have a product the customers have to come to me. Yelling at me saying why don't you have the product like it my fault that we don't have the product. Which switches my mood from good to bad towards the next consumer which then leads his/her attitude to change.
When I look at this situation from the point of view as a consumer I can see why they get upset. The reason why is because they have to travel for the good, or the good is a need to live in life. So although they may change my mood I still understand why they get upset, and how come they take it out towards me.

Today I was watching a show called "Don't sleep" and they were talking about how people in Pennsylvania can not vote unless they have id. This show was display advertising because it was informing the people of Pennsylvania to go out in get their id, or to use your school id before the election comes.
